Competed in the mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-29), finishing 19th in 4:27.11...Shaved another four seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:23.09 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Knocked 14 seconds off his personal best in the indoor mile, finishing in 4:27.33 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Shaved 18 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 9:09.12 at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/11/20).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran a seasonal-best 26:58.1 in the 8k at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5)...Opened his season with a time of 20:24.5 in the 6k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7).

Ran his first 3,000-meter race as a Viking at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13), finishing in 9:00.90...Set a new PSU personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:01.40 at the John Knight Twilight (4/5)...Lowered his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters by five seconds with a finish in 4:05.23 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/29)...Shaved more than two seconds off his seasonal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 4:10.98 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 4:13.29 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).

Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:27.43 at the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).

2017 INDOOR:

Competed in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/23-25), placing 12th in 10:57.64...Finished the 800 meters in 2:00.67 at the UW Indoor Open (2/12), knocking almost a full second off his personal best in the event...Ran the mile in 4:41.13 at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (2/4)...Made his indoor track debut in the 800 meters at the Idaho Duals (2/3), finishing in 2:01.63.
