Recorded season-best in the 5k Big Sky Championship, 17:28.72, and was 46th overall (Oct. 30) ... Finished 25th at the season-opener, John Frank Memorial, at Oregon State (Sept. 3).

2010 INDOOR:
Only competed in one meet ... Ran the 3,000-meters in 11:25.41 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 30).

2010 OUTDOOR:
Competed in five meets, including the Big Sky Championship ... Finished seventh at the Big Sky Championship in the 5,000-meters with a 18:19.19 (May 15) ... Opened season at the Saints Open in the 1,500-meters (March 13) ... Ran a 17:58.67 in the 5,000-meters to qualify for the Big Sky Championships at the Willamette Invitational (April 2).

2009 CROSS COUNTRY:
Redshirted last season to study abroad.

2008-09 INDOOR:
Finished 12th in the 3,000m run at the 2009 Big Sky Indoor Championships ... Won the 3,000m at the Boise State Invitational with a 10:37.14 ... Placed sixth in 1,000-meter with 3:10.68 ... Won respective heat at UW Indoor Preview in the mile ... Finished second in the 3,000-meter at UW Indoor preview ... Ran a best 10:21.9 at Runners Soul Open in the 3,000-meter.

2009 OUTDOOR:
Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Oregon-Washington Dual with a 18:29.09.

2008 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished the Big Sky Championships 5k in 19:08.2, placing 47th.

Finished the Jackson’s Open 3000m in 10:53.62.
