Ran the 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing 13th overall in 14:46.28...Moved up to third all time in the 5k while finishing in 14:33.14 at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Ran his first 400-meter race at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 1:08.12...Moved up to fifth all time in the men's 3k, finishing in 8:18.43 while making his season debut at the UW Invitational (1/27-28).
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

One of six Vikings to finish in the top 100 at the NCAA West Regional (11/11) -- a program record -- as he placed 96th overall at the team's fifth runner...Moved up to fifth all time in the cross country 10k with his time of 30:24.3 at the NCAA West Regional...Finished as the team's seventh runner and 36th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), crossing the line in 25:10.3...Placed 57th overall as the Vikings' third runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 8k in 24:38.0...Shaved 40 seconds off his 8k personal best with his time of 24:37.6 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) where he placed 39th overall...Made his Viking debut while placing in the top 10 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2)...Finished ninth overall at the Rust Buster while running the six-kilometer course in 19:05.39.
