2022 OUTDOOR:

Advanced to the finals of the 110-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14), placing sixth in a time of 15.05 seconds...Also ran in the prelims of the 400-meter hurdles at the Big Sky meet, but did not advance with a time of 57.40 seconds...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 400-meter hurdles at Portland State with a new seasonal best of 55.87 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Also set a new seasonal best in the 110-meter hurdles while winning the event in 14.95 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Placed seventh in the 110-meter hurdles at the Oregon Relays (4/22-23), finishing in 15.43 seconds...Set a new best in a PSU uniform in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing in 57.00 seconds at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran his first 110-meter hurdles race at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), finishing in a PSU-best 14.99 seconds...Set personal bests in the 100 and 200 meters, finishing in 11.37 and 23.35 seconds, respectively, and set a new PSU best while winning the long jump with a mark of 21-08.75 (6.62m) at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19).
 

2022 INDOOR:

Shaved another five-hundredths of a second off his personal best in the 60-meter hurdles while finishing a spot out of the finals of the event at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26) with his time of 8.18 seconds...Moved up to third all-time in the 60-meter hurdles with a huge personal best of 8.23 seconds in the finals of the event at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Also tied his season high with a jump of 22-03.00 (6.78m) in the long jump at the Husky Classic...Ran the opening leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth in a time of 3:35.12 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5)...Moved into sixth all-time on his own with a time of 8.39 seconds in the prelims of the 60-meter hurdles at the UW Invitational (1/28-29)...Set personal bests in the 60 and 400 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (1/22-23), finishing in 7.10 and 52.88 seconds, respectively...Set a new seasonal best with a jump of 22-03.00 (6.78m) in the long jump at the Portland Indoor Two...Moved into a tie for sixth all-time in the 60-meter hurdles with his time of 8.44 seconds in the prelims of the event at the UW Indoor Preview (1/15)...Also set PSU bests in the 200 meters (23.42) and long jump (22-01.75, 6.75m) at the UW Indoor Preview.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Topped his seasonal bests in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing in 14.99 and 56.93 seconds, respectively...Set seasonal bests in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles while finishing in 15.08 and 57.82 seconds, respectively, at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Ran in three different events in a span of 90 minutes at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17), winning the 110-meter hurdles in 15.60 seconds before finishing the 100 and 200 meters in 11.56 and 23.94 seconds, respectively...Competed in three different events in a span of three hours at the John Knight Twilight (4/10), lowering his PSU best in the 110-meter hurdles to 15.20 seconds while making his long jump debut with a mark of 21-00.75 (6.42m)...Swept the 110- and 400-meter hurdles at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Classic (3/20), winning both races in times of 15.56 and 58.51 seconds, respectively...Made his Viking debut at the OSU PNW Team Clash (3/13), finishing the 110-meter hurdles in 15.35 seconds.

Competed for Concordia (Ore.) during the 2019-20 academic year, after competing for Clackamas Community College from 2017-19…NCAA Division II All-West Region honoree while at Concordia…USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region (2020)…All-GNAC honoree after placing second in the 60-meter hurdles this winter…Three-time All-NWAC honoree while at Clackamas CC…Won the 2019 NWAC title in the 110-meter hurdles…Runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2019 NWAC meet.
