2025 INDOOR:

Set personal bests in the 60 (7.21) and 200 (23.21) meters at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Ranks 10th in the freshman record book in the 600 meters after his finish in 1:34.61 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:34.51 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Ran the opening leg on the Vikings' first mixed 4x400-meter relay that set the school record at 3:46.69 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Also moved up to eighth all-time in the 300 meters with his finish in 36.86 seconds at the Spokane Invite...Shaved closed to eight-tenths of a second off his personal best in the 200 meters while finishing in 23.31 seconds at the Spokane Invite...Made his PSU debut while running the 200 meters in 24.10 seconds at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

JEFFERSON HIGH SCHOOL:

Lettered in track and football during all four years of high school…Named MVP of his track team as a junior and senior…Won a 6A-1 Portland Interscholastic League (PIL) Championship title in the 110-meter hurdles as a senior…Four-time OSAA 6A State qualifier between the 110- (2023, 2024) and 300-meter hurdles (2023, 2024)…Placed as high as sixth at state in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior…Also competed for the Team Lillard 7v7, Albina Roadrunners and Hottest in the City Track Club.
