2023 OUTDOOR:

Finished his first 800-meter race of the season with a time of 2:00.25 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth in 3:35.40 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the 800 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 1:56.73...Ran his first indoor 400 as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 56.78 seconds...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay, which finished in 3:53.14 at the Portland Indoor Two...Moved up to fifth all time in the 1k while finishing in 2:33.97 at the UW Indoor Preview (1/14)...Also ran the 600 meters at the UW Indoor Preview, finishing in 1:24.70.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Placed sixth in the open section of the 800 meters at the Oregon Relays (4/22-23), finishing in 1:54.53...Shaved two seconds off of his initial time in the 800, finishing in 1:53.46 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Made his outdoor season debut at the Hayward Premiere, finishing third in his heat of the open 800 meters in a time of 1:55.67.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran his first 800-meter race of the season at the Husky Classic (2/11-12), where he finished in 1:56.28...Beat his training partner, Chase Lovercheck, in the 600 meters at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5) while moving up to fourth all-time in the event.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 6k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), finishing 30th overall in 21:40.5. 
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished 25th overall in the prelims of the 800 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15) with a time of 2:01.52...Ran the 800 and 1,500 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1), setting a personal best of 3:56.23 in the 1,500 meters...Made his Viking debut at the Oregon Relays, where he placed fifth in the college invitational section of the 800 meters in a time of 1:53.34.

Three-time Sportsman of the Year at De La Salle College Revesby Heights (2015, 2016, 2017)…An all-around athlete, he competed in swimming, volleyball, track & field, cross country and Australian rules football…Competed for the Bankstown Sports Athletics Club from 2012-20.
