2026 INDOOR:

Became just the second Viking to crack 48 seconds in the indoor 400 meters with his finish in 47.99 seconds at the Inland Northwest Invitational (1/31)...Also ran the anchor leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that posted the program's best time since 2017 with its finish in 3:21.71 at the Inland Northwest Invite...Posted an overall win the 200 meters at the UW Preview (1/16-17), shaving a tenth of a second off his personal best with his finish in 21.81 seconds...Also tied the No. 10 freshman mark in the 60 meters with a finish in 7.15 seconds at the UW Preview...Set a freshman record in the 400 meters while moving up to second overall at the distance with his time of 48.56 seconds at the Silver & Blue Invitational (1/9-10)...Also moved up to fourth all-time in the 200 meters with his finish in 21.91 seconds at the Silver & Blue Invite.
 

BREMERTON HIGH SCHOOL:

Won a state title in the 400 meters at the 2025 WIAA 2A/3A/4A State Championships…Part of another state title with his 4x400-meter relay team as a senior, while placing second in the 200 meters at the same meet…Four-time All-American in track and field (2x men’s 4x400m; 1x mixed 4x400m, 1x open 400m)…Made the finals of the 100 and 200 meters at the USATF Pacific Northwest Association Junior Olympic Championships, placing sixth and fourth in the finals, respectively…Placed third at state in the 400 meters as a junior, as well as fifth as a sophomore…Named Athlete of the Year in 2025…Elite Athlete Award recipient (2024)…Led his team to a fourth-place finish at state as a senior…Also competed for the Bremerton Jaguars (three years), Kitsap Fliers (two years) and Royal T (two years) Track Clubs.
