Placee 150th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11), running the 8k in 29:51.9...Finished 188th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 27:45.0...Placed 59th overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 20:18.12.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Won his heat of the 800 meters by close to two seconds while finishing in 2:05.34 at the Portland Twilight (5/4)...Set two personal bests at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13), finishing the 800 meters in 2:04.73 and the 1,500 meters in 4:13.02...Also ran the anchor leg of the Vikings' first 4x400-meter relay of the outdoor season that finished in 3:37.72 at the L&C Invite...Posted his second-best 800-meter time of the season at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/6), finishing in 2:05.51...Doubled in the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), finishing in 2:06.19 and 4:14.54, respectively...Shaved six-tenths of a second off his personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:05.06 at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2).
 

2024 INDOOR:

Ran a leg on one of two 4x400-meter relay teams for the Vikings at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18), finishing second in 3:48.95...Finished the mile in 4:42.08 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4)...Ran his first 600-meter race at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 1:33.04...Made his PSU debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 1,000 meters in 2:53.12.
 

GRANT HIGH SCHOOL:

Placed fourth with his 4x400-meter relay team at the 6A Portland Interscholastic League meet in 2022…Finished 13th at the 6A PIL District Championships in 2021.
