2016 OUTDOOR:
Helped set the school record in the 4x400-meter relay at 3:14.43 at the Big Sky Championships (5/11-14)...Also scored for the Vikings while finishing fifth in the finals of the 400 meters in a personal-best 47.91 seconds...Moved up to third all-time in the 400 meters at PSU with his time at the Big Sky meet...Also part of the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay that finished eighth at the Big Sky meet in 41.19 seconds, the third-fastest time in school history, and best since 1999...Set a new personal best in the 200 meters with his finish in 22.15 seconds at the Triton Invitational (4/23)...Set a new personal best in the 400 meters and moved up to eighth all-time in the event at Portland State with his time of 48.66 seconds at the Oregon Relays (4/15-16)...Helped break the meet record in the 4x100-meter relay at the John Knight Twilight (4/8), finishing with a winning time of 41.70 seconds...Also won the 4x400-meter relay at the John Knight Twilight, and set a new personal best in the 100 meters with a finish of 11.30 seconds...Won the 4x100-meter relay for the second straight meet at the Mondo Mid-Major Team Challenge (4/2), finishing in 41.58 seconds...Also set a new PSU personal best in the 200 meters at the Mondo meet, finishing in 22.28 seconds...Finished the 400 in 49.90 seconds and won the 4x100-meter relay at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open (3/19).

Part of both Viking relay teams to score at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/13-16)...Finished fifth with the Vikings' 4x100-meter relay team that crossed the line in a seasonal-best 41.79 seconds at the Big Sky meet...Placed eighth with the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that finished in a seasonal-best 3:18.49 at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to eighth all-time in the 4x400-meter relay at Portland State with his team's time in the event at the Big Sky meet...Competed in three events at the Rose City Preview (3/21), John Knight Twilight (4/10) and Oregon Relays (4/17-18)...Set a personal best in the 100 meters at the John Knight Twilight, finishing in 11.51 seconds...Set a seasonal best in the 400 meters at 49.30 seconds at the Rose City Preview...Also set a seasonal best in the 200 meters at 22.44 seconds at the Oregon Relays.

2015 INDOOR:
Competed in the 400 meters, 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay at the Big Sky Championships (2/27-28)...Scored for the Vikings as part of the distance medley relay team that finished in 11:03.14 at the conference meet...Moved up to seventh all-time in the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 49.15 during the prelims of the Big Sky Championships (2/27)...Finished the 200 meters in a personal-best 22.48 seconds at the Lobo Collegiate Invitational (1/24).

SHERWOOD HIGH SCHOOL:
Won a state title in the 400 meters as a senior in 2014…Part of a state title-winning 4x400-meter relay team as a junior in 2013…Placed third in state in the 400 meters in 2013, and fourth in the 200 meters in 2014…Also placed third in the 4x400-meter relay as a senior in 2014…Lettered in soccer in high school as well, and played two years of lacrosse without earning a letter.
