2022 OUTDOOR:

Competed in his first-ever decathlon, placing 12th at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/11-14) with a score of 5,355 points...Set five decathlon top 10 marks at Portland State between the 100 meters (11.25), 400 meters (50.39), 110-meter hurdles (17.22), pole vault (11-02.50, 3.42m) and 1,500 meters (4:44.03)...Made his debut in the 400-meter hurdles on the first day of the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30), finishing in 58.52 seconds...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 50.62 seconds at the Oregon Relays (4/22-23)...Competed in the 110-meter hurdles and long jump at the L&C Invite (4/16), setting a new personal best in the hurdles with a finish in 17.58 seconds...Competed in the 100 and 200 meters as well as the long jump and 110-meter hurdles at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational (4/2) out at Linfield...Made his debut in the 110-meter hurdles at the Linfield meet, finishing in 17.79 seconds...Competed across four different events at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19) between the high jump, long jump, 100 and 200 meters...Set new personal bests in the 100 and 200 meters, finishing in 11.35 and 22.81 seconds, respectively...Jumped 18-02.50 (5.55m) in the long jump, his first time competing in the event.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Helped the Vikings place sixth in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), their highest finish since 2012...Ran the 400-meter leg of the Vikings' DMR team that finished in 10:18.24...Placed second in the 200 meters at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 23.76 seconds...Shaved close to six-tenths of a second off his personal best in the 400 meters, finishing in 50.76 seconds at the Husky Classic (2/11-12)...Ran his first 600-meter race at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 1:27.63...Shaved two-tenths of a second off his personal best in the 200 meters while finishing in 23.13 at the UW Invitational (1/28-29)...Also ran the 400 meters at the UW Invite, finishing in 51.40 seconds...Part of the Vikings' first 4x400-meter relay since 2020, placing second with the relay team in 3:34.09 at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23)...Also ran the 400 at the Portland Indoor Two, finishing in 51.96 seconds...Made his PSU debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/15), finishing the 200 and 400 meters in 23.35 and 51.34 seconds, respectively.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Attended Brigham Young University before joining the Vikings…Lettered in track and football during all four years at West Albany High School…Helped set West Albany’s school record in the 4x400-meter relay…Won a 5A state title with the West Albany football team in 2014.
