INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Competed in seven indoor meets, all in the shot put … Best finish in the shot put was a second place finish to start the season at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 2) with a distance of 44-08.25 (13.62m) which qualified her for the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship … Finished 5th at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12) and sixth at the Cherry & Silver Invitational (Jan. 21) … Made her Big Sky Championship debut at the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship (Feb. 24) where she finished fifth overall in the shot put with a career-best mark of 46-02.00 (14.07m).
(2010-11) Competed in three meets during the indoor season in the 200 and 400-meters … Recorded personal-bests in the 200-meters (27.95) and 400-meters (1:02.47) at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 4).
(2009-10) Participated in four meets, competing twice in the multis … Finished fourth and scored 2,729 points in the pentathlon at Jackson’s Open in Nampa, Idaho (Dec. 5) … Won the shot put in the competition … Threw a season-best 38-7 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 13).
 
OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2012) Threw javelin in two meets and shotput in six … Set a new personal-best mark in the shotput at the Oregon Twilight with a mark of 46-02.50, the third-best shotput throw in school history … Set a new best in the javelin with a mark of 125-11, 10th-best javelin throw in school history, at the MONDO Challenge … Tallied top-three finishes in three meets, all in the shotput, in 2012 … Named to the Big Sky All-Academic Team.
(2011) Threw the javelin in four meets and the shot put in one … Threw season-bests in the shot put (37-5.25) and the javelin (113-10) at the Oregon Preview (March 16).
(2010) Stole the No. 7 spot in the all-time record book in the javelin at the MONDO Invitational, 118-4 (April 17) … Threw an outdoor best 38-3.50 in the shot put at the Stanford Invitational (March 27) … Posted a season-best 15.84 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Saints Open (March 13).
 
PRIOR TO PORTLAND STATE:
Earned four letters in track and three in volleyball at Cour d’Alene High School … Part of a third-place finish at state tournament in volleyball … Three-year captain in track … All-scholastic freshman through senior year.
