2023 OUTDOOR:

Closed out her season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), running the 5k in 18:46.61...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:53.91 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Set personal bests in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15)...Shaved four seconds off her best in the 1,500 meters with her time of 4:53.13...Knocked 24 seconds off her previous best in the 5k with a finish in 18:06.20 at the L&C Invite...Set her previous best in the 5k with a finish in 18:30.99 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), running the 1,500 meters in 4:59.12...Part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that placed second in 4:18.30 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the mile in 5:29.89 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Shaved six seconds off her personal best in the mile, finishing in 5:22.27 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5)...Opened her season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 5:33.42.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 89th out of 261 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 6k in 24:10.5...Finished 26th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the women's 5k in 20:23.4.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Closed out her season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing the 5k in 18:57.92...Shaved 25 seconds off her personal best in the 5k while finishing in 18:34.51 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Broke five minutes in the 1,500 meters for the first time while finishing in 4:57.78 at the L&C Invite (4/16)...Ran the 5k at the NW Distance Jamboree (4/2), finishing in 18:59.97...Made her outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open, running the 1,500 meters in 5:04.30.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran her first mile as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13), finishing in 5:28.28...Placed third as part of a 1-3 Viking finish in the second section of the 3k at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 11:18.21...Made her Portland State debut while running the 3k in 11:11.48 at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23).
