2025 INDOOR:

Ran his first 600-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 1:31.95 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Ran the opening leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:34.51 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Set personal bests in the 200 and 400 meters at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), finishing in 23.45 and 53.01 seconds, respectively...Set a new personal best in his first race of the season, finishing the 200 meters in 23.76 seconds at the PSU vs. UP Indoor Meet (11/25)...Also ran the second leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that placed second at the dual meet in 3:35.51.
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Set personal bests in the 200 (22.33) and 400 (49.91) meters while competing in the prelims of both events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11)...Also ran the opening leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best by nearly 10 seconds with its finish in 3:21.91 at the Big Sky meet...Placed fifth in the 400 meters at the Portland Twilight (5/4), finishing in 52.51 seconds...Set personal bests in the 200 (22.78) and 400 (51.72) meters while running a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best of 3:31.23 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27)...Shaved one-hundredth of a second off his personal best in the 100 meters with a finish in 11.32 seconds at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13)...Also ran the 200 meters (22.93) and a leg of the Vikings' first 4x400-meter relay (3:37.72) of the outdoor season at the L&C Invite...Set a new 200-meter personal best with his finish in 22.86 seconds at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Doubled in the 100 and 200 meters at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), setting a personal best in the 100 (11.33) and coming within two-hundredths of his best in the 200 (22.96)...Made his outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), running the 400 meters in 54.36 seconds.
 

2024 INDOOR:

Set a 200-meter personal best at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18), finishing in 23.83 seconds...Also ran a leg on one of two 4x400-meter relay teams at the Portland Indoor Three, finishing third in 3:51.64...Competed in his first 60-meter race at the George Fox Indoor Meet #1 (2/3), finishing in 7.49 seconds...Ran a rare 300-meter race in 38.54 seconds at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Made his PSU debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the 200 meters in 23.91 seconds.
 

DAVID DOUGLAS HIGH SCHOOL:

All-conference first-team honoree in the 200 meters…Qualified for the 2023 state meet in the 200 meters…All-conference second-team honoree in the 100 meters…Two-year letterwinner in track, one-year letterwinner in basketball.

Made the honor roll in high school…Lists playing basketball at the rec center, going out to eat and studying with friends as hobbies/interests…Plans on majoring in marketing with a minor in graphic design.
