Scored for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17) with a sixth-place finish in the triple jump, jumping 47-07.75 (14.52m)...Also set a seasonal best with his jump of 21-10.75 (6.67m) in the long jump at the conference outdoor meet...Set a seasonal best in the long jump with a mark of 21-03.50 (6.49m) at the Pac-12 Open (5/10)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the triple jump with a personal best of 48-00.75 (14.65m) at the OSU High Performance Meet (5/2-3)...Bettered his outdoor best in the triple jump with a mark of 45-04.50 (13.83m) at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Set a new outdoor best in the triple jump with a mark of 43-06.00 (13.26m) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/5)...Made his outdoor season debut at the Stanford Invitational (4/4), finishing with a best mark of 20-10.50 (6.36m) in the long jump.

Competed in the long jump and triple jump at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/28-3/1), placing 16th in the long jump (19-07.00, 5.97m) and ninth in the triple jump (44-07.50, 13.60m)...Added three and a half feet to his personal best in the triple jump while moving up to sixth all-time at PSU with his mark of 47-11.25 (14.61m) at the UW Preview (1/17)...Made his return from injury at Spokane Invitational (12/14), posting marks of 6-02.75 (1.90m) in the high jump (a new personal best) and 20-07.25 (6.28m) in the long jump.

Posted the fastest 200-meter time out of seven Vikings at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4), finishing in 23.69Â seconds...Competed in his first indoor high jump as a Viking, clearing 6-00.25 (1.84m) at the George Fox Indoor Meet #1 (2/3)...Ran a rare 300-meter race in 38.16 seconds at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Made his season debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), competing in the long jump (20-10.50, 6.36m) and triple jump (44-03.50, 13.50m).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:
Shaved close to two and a half minutes off his 8k personal best with a finish in 35:09.1 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Placed 68th overall in 37:57.2 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22)...Ran his first cross country race ever as a Viking, finishing the 8k at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16) in 37:35.8.

2023 OUTDOOR:
Competed across four different events at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/12-13), setting personal bests in the high jump (6-02.75, 1.90m) and triple jump (42-06.00, 12.95m)...Moved up to seventh all time in the freshman record book with his marks in both the high jump and triple jump...Added another nine and a half inches to his personal best in the long jump while finishing with a best mark of 22-01.00 (6.73m) at the Linfield Open (5/6)...Moved into a tie for fifth in the freshman record book for the outdoor long jump...Also competed in his first high jump as a Viking at the Linfield Open, topping out at 5-10.00 (1.78m)...Went 3-for-3 on personal bests at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), setting new standards in the 100m (11.32), 200m (23.63) and long jump (21-03.50, 6.49m)...His mark in the long jump at OSU ranks ninth all time in the freshman record book at Portland State...Made his PSU debut at the Larry Byerly L&C Invite (4/14-15), running the 100 and 200 meters in 11.83 and 23.76 seconds, respectively.
