2025 OUTDOOR:

Set a new personal best in the 400-meter hurdles while finishing 10th in the prelims of the event in 54.66 seconds at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17)...Shaved seven-hundredths of a second off his personal best in the 110-meter hurdles with a finish in 15.03 seconds at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Set personal bests in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles at the Oregon Preview (3/21-22), finishing in 15.10 and 55.15 seconds, respectively...Moved up to ninth all-time at PSU in the 400-meter hurdles with his time at the Oregon Preview...Competed in the 100 (11.73) and 200 (23.82) meters, as well as the 110-meter (15.37) and 400-meter (58.09) hurdles at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Ran his first 60-meter-hurdle race as a Viking at the UW Preview (1/17), finishing in 8.70 seconds...Ran the 200 and 400 meters at the Spokane Invitational (12/14), finishing in 23.30 and 51.15 seconds, respectively...Won the 200 meters at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25) while setting an overall best of 23.21 seconds...Also ran the anchor leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that placed second at the dual meet in 3:35.51.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Competed at Mt. Hood Community College for two years (2021-23)…Placed third in the finals of the NWAC Championships in both the 110- and 400-meter hurdles in 2023, earning NWAC All-American honors in each event…Earned NWAC All-Conference honors in the 400 hurdles with a seventh-place finish at the 2022 NWAC Championships…Competed in soccer (two varsity letters) and cross country (one year) in addition to track & field while at Cleveland High School in Portland.

Son of Daniel and Tegan Johnson…Father Daniel (basketball) and Mother Tegan (track) both participated in intercollegiate athletics at York College of Pennsylvania…Has a brother, Eoin Johnson…Lists board and strategy games and bouldering as hobbies/interests…Majoring in data science with minors in math and computer science.
