Competed in his first 3,000-meter race as a Viking at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13), finishing in 9:28.70...Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:31.54 at the John Knight Twilight (4/5)...Finished the 5,000 in 16:48.16 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:08.50 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 4:29.64 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Made his PSU debut at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:33.29.
 

SAUGUS HIGH SCHOOL:

Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field…Placed second with his track team at the CIF Southern Section Finals…Placed third with his track team at the CIF state meet…Named his track team’s Most Outstanding Athlete as a senior in 2018…Received the Unsung Hero award as a senior on his cross country team.
