Knocked another two seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 9:07.47 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/8-9)...Shaved 25 seconds off his personal best in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 9:09.78 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26).
 

2019 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a new 6k personal best with a time of 19:40.3 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/7)...Closed his season with a seasonal best in the 8k at the Beaver Classic (11/9), finishing in 26:27.42.

Knocked close to 28 seconds off his personal best in the 5,000 meters while finishing in 15:45.07 at the Linfield Open (5/4)...Chopped close to 70 seconds off his personal best in the 10,000 meters while finishing in 33:07.98 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Shaved close to 20 seconds off his seasonal best in the 5,000 meters with a finish in 16:14.63 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Ran the 5,000 meters in 16:33.58 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Opened his outdoor season with a time of 4:44.04 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Knocked close to four-tenths of a second off his time in the 3,000 meters while finishing in 9:34.06 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:34.44 at the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at a meet for the first time while posting his first top-10 finish with a sixth-place finish at the Beaver Classic (10/20)...Set an 8k personal best with his finish in 26:39.4 at the Warner Pacific XC Classic (10/13)...Set a 6k personal best with his finish in 20:28.1 at the season-opening Viking 'Rust-Buster' (9/1).
