(2011-12) Ran in three indoor meets competing in the 200 and 400-meters … Ran his season-best time of 23.90 in the 200-meters twice, once at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 2) and again at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 14) … Ran his season-best time of 53.12 in the 400-meters at the Jacksons Open.
(2010-11) Ran in two indoor meets … Ran a career-best time of 24.24 in the 200-meters at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 4) … Ran a season-best in the 400-meters with a time of 53.71 at the Jacksons Open … Competed in the indoor long jump for the first time and jumped a distance of 20-4.25 at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 15).
(2009-10) Competed in two meets … Ran in the 400-meters and the 4x400 relay at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 5) … Posted season-best time in the 400-meters, 53.05 in Nampa, Idaho … Also competed at the UW Invitational and recorded a 53.10 in the 400 (Jan. 20).

(2012) Ran in four meets in 2012 … Recorded two personal-best times in the 200 and 400-meter events recording times of 23:45 (April 12, MONDO Challenge) and 52.54 (April 20, Oregon Relays), respectively.
(2011) Participated in three meets … Ran a season-best time of 24.30 to open the outdoor season at the Pacific Preview (March 12) … Ran a season-best time of 53.45 at the Willamette Invitational (April 2).
(2010) Participated in four meets … Big Sky All-Academic selection … Posted a personal-best in the 400-meters at the Willamette Invitational with a 52.94 (April 3) … Recorded a 23.81 in the 200-meters, his first collegiate race at that distance, at the MONDO Invitational (April 17).
