2016 OUTDOOR:
Placed 3rd in the triple jump at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships (6/26)...Went over 42 feet for the first time at the USATF Junior meet, finishing with a mark of 42-00.75 (12.82m), four feet behind the Portland State school record in the event...Won the Big Sky title in the triple jump with a then-personal-best jump of 41-02.50 (12.56m)...Surpassed Montana’s Samantha Evans - the Big Sky leader in the triple jump for much of the season - for the title on her final attempt of the competition...Moved up to second all-time at Portland State in the triple jump with her mark at the conference meet...Became just the second Viking to ever sweep the indoor and outdoor titles in the triple jump in a single season, joining Gayle Imran-Sideris in 2005...Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds in the triple jump, the first Viking to do so since 2009...Won the triple jump for a third time at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30), where she also cracked 40 feet for a third time with her jump of 40-02.75 (12.26m)...Set a new PR while winning the triple jump at the Triton Invitational with a mark of 40-07.75 (12.39m)...Cracked 12 meters for a second time in the triple jump at the Oregon Relays (4/15-16), finishing with a mark of 39-10.00 (12.14m)...Jumped 38-04.75 (11.70m) in the triple jump at the Aztec Invitational (3/26)...Won the triple jump at the season-opening Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open, finishing with a personal-best mark of 40-03.25 (12.27m)...Moved up to fourth all-time in the outdoor triple jump at Portland State with her mark at Lewis & Clark...Also competed in the high jump at the Lewis & Clark meet, finishing with a mark of 4-07.50 (1.41m).

2016 INDOOR:
Won the Big Sky title in the triple jump by over a foot...Set a personal-best mark of 40-01.50 (12.23m) at the Big Sky Championships (2/25-27), 13 inches better than the No. 2 finisher, Eastern Washington’s Dominique Butler at 39-00.50 (11.90m)...First Viking female athlete to win the Big Sky title in the triple jump since 2005...Moved up to fifth all-time in the indoor triple jump with her mark at the Big Sky meet, and became the first athlete to surpass 40 feet in the event since 2009...Claimed an 18-inch lead in the triple jump with a then-personal-best mark of 39-07.00 (12.06m) at the Husky Classic (2/13)...Moved up to sixth in the triple jump at Portland State with her mark at the Husky Classic...Made her PSU debut with a jump of 36-11.75 (11.27m) in the triple jump at the UW Indoor Preview (1/16)...Moved up to 10th all-time at Portland State in the triple jump and claimed her first Big Sky lead in the event with her mark of 38-00.25 (11.59m) at the Bronco Invitational (1/23)...Also competed in the long jump at the Bronco Invite and finished 17th with a mark of 16-07.25 (5.07m).

BENSON POLYTECHNIC HIGH SCHOOL:
Named Sportswoman of the Year at Benson as a senior in 2015…Earned 10 letters in high school between volleyball, basketball and track & field.
 
PERSONAL/MISCELLANEOUS:
Daughter of Chantel Ramsey and Kenneth Cook…Has two brothers, Clive Osbourne and Marquis Cook…Plans on majoring in health science with the hopes of becoming an athletic trainer.
