Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the 5k at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/14-15), finishing the race at elevation in 17:19.05...Ran the second-fastest 5k time since 1987 while moving up to third all-time at Portland State with her finish in 16:38.83 at the Oregon Relays (4/23-24)...Made her outdoor debut at the Hayward Premiere (4/2), finishing the 10k in 35:09.71...Moved up to sixth all-time in the 10,000 meters at Portland State with her time at the Hayward Premiere.
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), placing 16th overall in 18:12.5...Moved up to seventh all-time in 5,000-meter races at 4,000 feet or above with her time at the Big Sky meet.
 

2020 INDOOR (AT PORTLAND STATE):

Made her Portland State debut at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Paced other Viking runners initially, but still finished as the team’s top runner in the 3k, placing 13th in 10:17.29.
 

AT COLORADO (2015-19):

Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 5k as a freshman…Placed fourth in the 5k at the Pac-12 Outdoor Championships as a freshman, placing fourth in a personal-best 16:16.79…Also placed ninth in the 10k at the 2016 Pac-12 Outdoor meet…Placed fifth in the indoor 5k at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation conference meet as a freshman.
 

ISSAQUAH HIGH SCHOOL:

Broke the junior and senior class records in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters…Helped lead her track & field team to a Washington 4A state title as a senior, when they also won the 4A KingCo Conference and 4A BiDistrict I/II meets…All-state medalist in cross country as a senior, as well as an All-KingCo and All-BiDistrict first-team honoree…Two-time KingCo champion and state medalist in the 3,200 meters.
