2025 OUTDOOR

Added five feet to his personal best in the hammer with a throw of 102-02 (31.16m) at the Pac-12 Open (5/10)...Also recorded his second-best mark of the season in the javelin at the Pac-12 Open, throwing 144-01 (43.92m)...Set a personal best in the hammer for the second straight week with a throw of 97-03 (29.66m) at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Added over six feet in the hammer with a personal best of 96-00 (29.27m) at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Set the No. 6 and No. 10 freshman marks in the hammer (89-10, 27.39m) and javelin (146-02, 44.55m), respectively, at the Rich Allen Classic (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR

Improved his best in the weight throw with his mark of 33-07.50 (10.25m) at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Moved up to seventh all-time in the freshman record book in the weight throw with a best mark of 30-06.50 (9.31m) at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

LAKE WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL

Played two years of football in addition to competing in track & field during high school…Set personal bests in the javelin and discus as a senior.

Lists cycling and other outdoor activities as hobbies/interests…Also loves music, movies, and Portland’s art and food scene…Hopes to become an athletic trainer and work with a professional team…Plans on majoring in applied health and fitness.
