(2011) Ran in all six cross country meets … Best finish was 27th at the John Frank Memorial (Sept. 1) to open the season with a time of 18:22.0 in the 4,500-meter race … Paced the Vikings once during the season at the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 29) with a time of 20:40.03 in the 5,000-meter race.
(2010) Ran in five meets during the fall … Finished 56th at the Dellinger Invitational with a 22:51.01 in the 6k (Oct. 16) … Clocked a 18:31.59, 5k, at the Big Sky Championship, finishing 59th (Oct. 30) … Also ran a 6k at the Sundodger Invitational and ran a 23:56.52 (Sept. 18).
(2009) Competed in all six races … Finished 52nd at the Mike Hodges Invitational (Oct. 16) … Ran at both the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 31) and the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 14).
 
INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Competed in five indoor track meets including the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship … Earned Big Sky Indoor All-Conference honors helping the distance medley to a second place finish with a time of 12:24.04 at the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship (Feb. 24) … Ran the indoor 3,000-meters for the first time at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 14) … Finished fourth overall in the mile run at the Portland Indoor (Jan. 14) … Set a career-best time of 5:16.83 in the indoor mile run at the UW Husky Classic (Feb. 10) … Helped the distance medley to a second place finish at the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship.
(2010-11) Competed twice during the indoor track season … Finished ninth overall in the 1,000 with a time of 3:16.43 at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 4) … Finished 12th in her heat in the mile-run at the Husky Classic (Feb. 12) with a time of 5:28.78.
(2009-10) Only competed at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 5) … Ran a 3:14.49, No. 7 all-time, in the 1,000-meters … Also ran the 4x400-meter relay at meet, 4:22.22.
 
OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2012) Ran in four events during the outdoor slate … Recorded a season-best time of 5:07.34 in the 1,500-meter race at Pacific Twilight (April 27) … Came in sixth overall at the Oregon Relays (April 20) in the 5k with a time of 17:22.8 … Ran the 3k with a season-best time of 11:04.03 at the Oregon Preview (March 18). 
(2011) Competed once in the 5,000-meters and finished third overall at the Pacific Preview (March 12) with a time of 18:46.20 … Competed three times in the 1,500 with a season best time coming at the Oregon Preview (March 19) with a time of 4:55.46 … Best Finish in the 1,500 was a 10th overall finish at the Willamette Invitational (April 2).
(2010) Ran at Willamette Invitational (April 3) and the Pacific Twilight (May 1) in the 1,500-meters … Ran a 5:13.14 to open her career in Salem and broke her PR by over 10 seconds with a 5:02.72 at Pacific.
 
CARLSBAD:
Five year letterman in track and four year letterman in cross country … Named Athlete of the Year and Best All-Around Athlete in high school … Holds school record in the mile … Led team to four consecutive cross country championships … Took top-five in the state meet.
