2023Â OUTDOOR:
Redshirted the year, but competed in a PSU singlet at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships (7/7-9), placing ninth in the finals of the men's 1,500 meters...Shaved four seconds off the freshman record in the 1,500 meters while finishing the first round of the event in 3:52.19.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:
Became the first Viking to run at in the U20 men's 8k at the USATF Cross Country Championships (1/21), placing 16th in 24:43.0...Set the PSU freshman records for highest finish at the NCAA West Regional (56th) and Big Sky Championships (17th)...Beat the previous best by a freshman men's runner at the NCAA West Regional by eight spots...Moved up to fourth all time in the cross country 10k with his finish in 29:39.3...Beat the previous best by a freshman at the Big Sky Championships by 10 spots with his 17th-place finish...Placed second in the team's lineup at the Big Sky meet, helping lead the Vikings to a record third-place finish as a team...His 8k time of 24:21.1 at the Big Sky meet moved him up to 10th all time at the distance at Portland State...Made his official Viking debut at Pre-Nationals (10/15), placing 84th overall as the team's fifth runner while finishing the 8k in 24:57.3.

Won the Shamrock Award for Most Valuable Athlete on his cross country and track & field team…Helped lead his cross country team to a district title as a senior in 2021…Competed for the Oregon Track Club for one year in 2020.
