2019 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 800 meters on back-to-back days, finishing in 1:59.24 at the Portland Twilight (5/3) and 2:00.76 at the Linfield Open (5/4)...Shaved three seconds off his seasonal best in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.53 at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27)...Made his outdoor debut at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13), finishing the 800 meters in 2:00.59.
 

2019 INDOOR:

Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23), finishing 19th in the prelims of the event in a time of 2:00.71...Shaved more than two seconds off his seasonal best in the 800 meters with his finish in 1:59.90 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Ran the 800 meters in 2:02.28 at the season-opening Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 OUTDOOR:

Part of the Vikings’ 4x400-meter relay team that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:23.46 at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Won the fifth section of the 800 meters in a personal-best 1:55.40 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/27-28)...Ran the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14), finishing in 2:01.68 and 4:12.09, respectively...Shaved three seconds off his personal best in the 800 meters with his finish in 1:55.67 at the SF State Distance Carnival (3/30-31)...Opened his outdoor season with a personal best in the 1,500 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17), finishing in 4:10.52.
 

2018 INDOOR:

Set a personal best in the prelims of the 800 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/22-24), finishing in 1:56.73...Beat his personal best in the 800 for the second straight meet at the UW Indoor Open (2/11), finishing in 1:56.86...Shaved five seconds off his personal best in the 800 meters with his finish in 1:57.11 at the Idaho Duals (2/2)...Moved up to fourth all time in the indoor 600 meters while finishing in 1:22.80 at the Bronco Invitational (1/20)...Also set a personal best in the 800 meters with his finish in 2:02.16 at the Bronco Invite...Shaved close to 10 seconds off his personal best in the mile while finishing in 4:35.68 at the Vandal Invitational and Multi Events (1/13/18).

2017 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 800 meters in a personal-best 1:58.56 at the Linfield Open (5/6)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters with his finish in 4:14.02 at the Triton Invitational (4/22)...Ran the 800 meters in 2:02.75 at the John Knight Twilight (4/7)...Finished the 1,500 meters in 4:16.56 while opening his outdoor season at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18).
 

2017 INDOOR:

Ran the mile in 4:45.21 at the Cougar Indoor Invitational (2/4)...Made his Portland State debut in the 800 meters at the Idaho Duals (2/3), finishing in 2:02.17.
 

BELLA VISTA HIGH SCHOOL:

Broke the school record in the 400 meters as a freshman in 2012…Named the Bella Vista Athlete of the Year as a senior in 2015…Captained his track team as a senior in 2015…Won three straight Capital Valley Conference league team titles…Helped his track team win the 2013 and 2015 CIF Sac-Joaqin Section D2 championships…Five-time all-conference honoree while at Bella Vista High School...Competed in football, soccer and basketball in addition to track & field and cross country.

Son of William and Debbie…Has three brothers, Peter, Eric and Nick…Earned the Bella Vista High School Booster Club Scholarship and Earl LeGette Scholarship in high school, as well as the John Greenleaf Whittier Scholarship while at Whittier College…Founded the “Wu Strong” fundraiser to aid a former teammate…Lists running, hiking, exploring nature or the city and hanging out with friends as hobbies/interests…Hopes to become a speech pathologist and work in a hospital, aiding stroke victims or kids in a clinic or hospital setting…Plans on majoring in speech and hearing sciences, with a minor in history.
