2026 OUTDOOR:

Won his heat of the 800 meters at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (4/3-4), finishing in a personal-best time of 1:53.62...Also set a personal best in the 1,500 meters with his finish in 3:53.84 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic...Set the No. 2 and No. 8 marks in the 1,500 (3:55.50) and 800 (1:54.20) meters, respectively, at the PNW Invite (3/20-21)...Out-dueled teammate Amir Ahmed for the overall win in the 800 meters at the Rich Allen Classic (3/14), finishing in a personal-best 1:55.14.
 

2026 INDOOR:

Ran a leg on the Vikings' distance medley relay that placed seventh with the No. 10 mark all-time, finishing in 10:19.34 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/27-28)...Also competed in the mile at the conference meet, finishing 16th overall in 4:25.43...Set the freshman record in the mile while finishing in 4:15.72 at the Husky Classic (2/13-14)...Also ran the opening leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that set the No. 9 mark all-time with its finish in 10:19.18 at the Husky Classic...Posted an overall win in the mile while shaving two seconds off his personal best with his time of 4:17.21 at the Portland Indoor 2 (2/8)...Competed in the mile (4:20.63) and 3k (9:07.30) at the Inland Northwest Invitational (1/31)...Ran the No. 8 freshman time in the 800 meters with his finish in 1:57.63 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/25)...Moved up to fourth in the freshman record book in the mile while debuting with a time of 4:19.24 at the UW Preview (1/16-17).
 

2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 172nd overall as the Vikings' second runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/14), running the 10k in 33:08.3...Finished 56th overall as the Vikinigs' third runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 8k in 26:42.4...Placed 82nd overall as the Vikings' third runner at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/4), running the 8k in 25:40.59...Ran his first 8k in 25:28.30, placing 50th overall as the Vikings' second finisher at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/27)...Posted his second straight top 10 finish at the Ash Creek Festival (9/12), placing eighth overall while running the 6k in 18:34.0...Moved up to seventh all-time in the cross country 6k at PSU with his finish at the Ash Creek Festival...Became the first true freshman to post a top 10 finish since 2018 while leading the Vikings with an eighth-place finish at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29)...Ran the 5k in 15:32.03 at the Lewis & Clark Opener.
 

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE:

Competed for Franklin Community High School (2021-23) as well as James Campbell High School (2023-25)…Two-time state runner up in cross country while at James Campbell…Two-time Western Runner of the Year for James Campbell…All-conference honoree as a sophomore at Franklin Community…All-sectional in the 1,600 meters as a sophomore.
