2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first cross country 5k as a Viking at the Lewis & Clark Opener (8/29), placing 70th overall in 17:01.33.
 

2025 OUTDOOR:

Competed in the 800 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/16-17), placing 12th in the prelims in 1:52.21...Posted an overall win in the 800 meters at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19), finishing in 1:52.72...Set personal bests in the 400 (50.28) and 1,500 (4:00.65) meters at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Cracked the top 10 in the 800 meters with a personal best of 1:52.15 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (4/5)...Won the 800 meters while setting a new personal best with his finish in 1:52.99 at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8).
 

2025 INDOOR:

Ran the 800-meter leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that moved up to second all-time with its finish in 10:07.81 at the Riverfront Invitational (2/7-8)...Set a personal best in the 400 meters (51.02) while also running a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:25.35 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Shaved two seconds off his personal best in the 600 meters while moving up to third all-time in the event with his finish in 1:20.85 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a personal best with its finish in 3:34.51 at the UW Preview...Part of the Vikings' first mixed 4x400-meter relay team that set the school record at 3:46.69 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Also set a new indoor best in the 800 meters at the Spokane Invite, finishing in 1:56.28...Moved up to seventh all-time in the 600 meters, finishing in 1:22.93 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).
 

2024 OUTDOOR:

Shaved a second and a half off his 800-meter personal best while finishing fifth in his heat in 1:53.59 at the Portland Track Festival (6/8-9)...Moved up to sixth all-time in the freshman record book in the 800 with his time from the Portland Track Festival...Placed 21st in the prelims of the 800 meters at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11), finishing in 1:59.14...Also ran a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best by nearly 10 seconds while finishing in 3:21.91 at the Big Sky meet...Finished the 800 meters in 1:55.38 at the Oxy Invite (5/4) for his second-fastest race of the season...Ran a leg on the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27), finishing in 3:31.23...Won his heat of the 800 meters while shaving more than 2.5 seconds off his personal best with his finish in 1:55.16 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13)...Also part of the Vikings' first 4x400-meter relay of the season which finished in 3:37.72 at the L&C Invite...Shaved close to a second off his personal best in the 800 meters with his finish in 1:57.68 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Ran his first 1,500-meter race of the season in 4:06.27 at the Oregon Preview (3/23)...Made his outdoor debut at the Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker (3/2), running the 800 meters in 2:00.93.
 

2024 INDOOR:

Scored for the Vikings with a seventh-place finish in the distance medley relay at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-24), finishing in the third-best time in program history in 10:12.61...Won the 800 meters in 1:58.66 at the Portland Indoor Three (2/18)...Also ran a leg on one of two 4x400-meter relay teams for the Vikings at the Portland Indoor Three, finishing in 3:48.95...Ran his first 400-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 52.12 seconds at the Portland Indoor Two (2/4)...Set a new overall best in the 800 meters while finishing in 1:58.09 at the UW Invitational (1/27)...Ran his second straight 600-meter race at the Portland Indoor One (1/21), finishing in 1:24.65...Set the No. 9 mark all time in the 600 meters at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), finishing in 1:24.08...Opened his season with a time of 1:58.91 in the 800 meters at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2).
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 201st overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 10k in 38:21.8...Finished fifth in the Vikings' lineup and 74th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), running the 8k in 29:24.3...Shaved 17 seconds off his personal best in the 8k while finishing 138th overal in 27:23.0 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Placed 174th overall in 28:36.0 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Finished 37th overall in 27:40.0 at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22)...Led the Viking men with a 36th-place finish at the season-opening Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing his first 8k in 27:43.5.

Qualified for the OSAA 6A state meet in the 1,500 meters as a senior…Placed second in the 1,500 meters at the 2023 Mt. Hood Conference Championships, garnering him first-team all-conference honors…Also scored for his team with a fourth-place finish in the 800 meters at conference…Named his distance team’s captain, as well as his team’s most inspirational athlete, as a senior…Named his team’s most improved athlete as a junior, which was his first year of high school running due to the COVID-19 pandemic…Two-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field in high school.
