(2011) Competed in four cross country races for the Vikings … Paced the Vikings in all four races … Finished second at the John Frank Memorial (Sept. 1) with a time of 16:07.2 in the 4,500-meter race … Finished 10th at the Pier Park Invitational (Sept. 10) with a time of 18:05.37 in the 5,000-meter race.
(2010) Competed in six races for the Vikings including the NCAA West Regional … Best finish came at the John Frank Memorial Invitational when she finished 19th with a time of 16:48.2 in the 4,500-meter event. 
(2009) Finished and competed in all six races … Was Portland State’s top-finisher in three races last season, including the Big Sky Championship (Oct. 31), 38th, and NCAA West Regional (Nov. 14), 149th … Ran a season-best at the Willamette Invitational, 18:30.70, (Oct. 3).
 
INDOOR TRACK:
(2011-12) Ran in five indoor track meets including the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship … Earned Big Sky All-Conference honors for the distance medley … Set a season-best for the indoor 800-meters at the UW Indoor Preview (Jan. 12) with a time of 2:17.37 … Ran a personal-best time of 5:01.88 in the mile at the UW Husky Classic (Feb. 11) … Placed fifth in the mile run with a time of 5:11.78 at the Big Sky Indoor Track Championship (Feb. 24) and helped the distance medley team to a second place finish.
(2010-11) Participated in seven meets during the indoor track season including the Big Sky Championship (Feb. 25) where she finished ninth overall in the 800-meters … Set a season-best time of 2:16.00 in the 800 at the Husky Classic (Feb. 12) to finish fourth overall … Competed once in the 1,000-meters and finished third overall at the Jackson’s Open (Dec. 4) with a time of 3:06.99 … Rank the mile once at the UW Invitational (Jan. 29).
(2009-10) Recorded her season-best time in the 800 at the UW Indoor Preview with a 2:16.73 (Jan. 16) … Ran the mile at the UW Invitational and clocked a 5:12.54 (Jan. 30) … Finished ninth at the Big Sky Championships in the 800-meters, 2:16.98 (Feb. 26).
 
OUTDOOR TRACK:
(2012) Competed in eight meets during the outdoor track season, primarily in the 1,500 and 5,000-meter events … Ran a season-best time of 4:34.76 at the Oregon Relays which was good for fourth place overall … Took first overall at MONDO Challenge with a time of 17:17.11 …Ran to four top-10 finishes during the season … Ran a 5k in 18:32.73 at the Big Sky Championship.
(2011) Competed in the outdoor 800-meters six times and set a season-best time of 2:14.79 at the Oregon Twilight (May 6) … Set a season-best time of 4:44.75 in the 1,500 at the Oregon Preview (March 19) … Won the 5,000-meter race at the Willamette Invitational (April 2) with a time of 17:51.14.
(2010) Had a personal-record breaking day at the Stanford Invitational, recording a 2:14.75 in the 800-meters and a 4:40.45 in the 1,500-meters (March 27) … Finished 12th in the 800-meters at the Big Sky Championship (May 14) … Filled in on 4x400 relay team at the Big Sky Championship and aided the squad to seventh with a 3:55.36 (May 15).
 
NEWBERG:
Named best senior athlete and best multi-sport athlete at Newberg … Four-time state track meet qualifier … Named honorable mention all-state … Finished fourth at state as a junior … Two-time Sandy Invite Champion … Named all-conference twice in 800m, twice in 1,500m and once in 4x400 relay … Also won two district championships in 1,500m and one in the 800m … Won highest GPA in region for soccer in 2006.
