Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 3k steeplechase...Finished 46th overall in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Prelims...Scored for the Vikings with a fourth-place finish in the steeplechase at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13)...Also ran in the finals of the 1,500 meters at the Big Sky meet, placing ninth...Shaved three seconds off her personal best in the 3k steeplechase while finishing in 10:19.67 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Moved up to seventh all time in the 1,500 meters at Portland State with a finish in 4:30.04 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Also ran the steeplechase in 10:25.25 at the Bryan Clay Invite...Ran a likely NCAA West Prelims qualifying time in the 3k steeplechase at the Stanford Invite (3/31), finishing in 10:22.98 to move up to third all time in the event at Portland State.
 

2023 INDOOR:

Anchored the Vikings' DMR team that placed second at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), tying the highest finish ever by a Viking team in the DMR...Won her heat of the 3,000 meters, passing another runner in the final 25 meters, while moving up to second all time in the event with her time of 9:28.05 at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Also ran the mile in 4:48.28 at the Husky Classic...Anchored the Vikings to a school record in the distance medley relay at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...DMR team broke a 16-year-old school record by more than 18 seconds, finishing in 11:36.53...Also moved up to No. 2 all time in the women's mile at the UW Invite, finishing in 4:47.97.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at the NCAA West Regional (11/11), placing 56th overall in a new 6k personal best of 20:23.1...Her 6k time at the NCAA West Regional ranks No. 2 all time at Portland State at the distance...Top finisher for the Vikings at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), leading the women to a fourth-place team finish while placing 13th individually in 17:07.3...Moved up to fifth all time in the cross country 5k with her time at the Big Sky meet...Led the Vikings at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing 19th out of 232 finishers with a 6k time of 21:19.9...Moved up to second in the all-time rankings for the cross country 6k despite making her Viking debut at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) where she finished in 20:33.5...Placed 14th out of 74 finishers at the Bill Dellinger Invitational.

Won the 2k steeplechase at the 2022 National Athletics League – Premiership…Placed third in the 2k steeplechase at the 2018 BUCS Championships…Won the 3k steeplechase at the 2018 England Athletics U20 / U23 Championships…Finished second in the 6k at the 2022 BUCS Cross Country Championships…Won team gold at the 2018 BUCS Track & Field Championships…Represented the Great Britain Junior National Team at the 2018 Manchester International…Ran for the Windsor, Slough, Eton and Hounslow Athletics Club as well as the Loughborough Students Athletics Club.
