Shaved close to 10 seconds off her personal best with a time of 18:34.95 in the 5,000 meters at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27)...Won the 10,000 meters in a time of 39:40.71 at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Shaved more than eight seconds off her personal best in the 1,500 meters with a finish in 5:10.20 at the John Knight Twilight (4/5)...Won the 5,000 meters at the Pacific Open (3/30), finishing in 19:06.07...Ran the 5,000 meters in 19:02.42 at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16)...Set a new personal best while opening her outdoor season with a time of 5:18.54 in the 1,500 meters at the Willamette Opener (3/2).
 

2019 INDOOR:

Ran the 3,000 meters in 11:11.59 at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge (2/1)...Shaved 10 seconds off her personal best in the 3,000 meters while winning her section of the race in a time of 11:02.13 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/12).
 

2018 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a 5k personal best with her finish in 19:28.2 at the Warner Pacific XC Classic (10/13)...Led the Vikings for the first time in her career while placing 18th at the Beaver Classic (10/20), finishing the 6k in 24:14.4.

Won the 5,000 meters at the Pacific Twilight Invitational (4/27) while finishing in a new personal best of 18:44.88...Ran the 5,000 meters in 18:56.05 at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14)...Shaved over 24 seconds off her personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Pacific Open (3/31), finishing in 18:51.89...Opened her outdoor season with a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17), finishing in 19:16.00.
 

2018 INDOOR:

Shaved 12 seconds off her personal best in the 3,000 meters with her finish in 11:12.13 at the Idaho Duals (2/2)...Ran the 3,000 meters in 11:24.48 at the Brono Invitational (1/20)...Made her PSU debut at the Vandal Invitational and Multi Events (1/12-13), running the mile in 5:45.72.
 

2017 CROSS COUNTRY:

Set a 6k personal best at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), finishing in 24:04.9...Placed as high as fifth in the Vikings' lineup at three of the four meets at which she competed.
