Shaved 10 seconds off his 1,500-meter personal best while finishing in 4:13.45 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/18-19)...Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:23.75 at the John Knight Twilight (4/11-12)...Made his outdoor debut at the L&C Electric Forest Opener (3/8), running the 1,500 meters in 4:41.02.
 

2025 INDOOR:

Ran his first mile race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor 2 (2/9), finishing in 4:47.21...Shaved nearly three seconds off his personal best in the 800 meters while finishing in 2:04.02 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Part of mixed 4x400-meter relay that moved up to fifth all-time with its finish in 4:06.90 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Also ran the 1,000 meters in 2:41.48 at the Portland Indoor 1...Shaved nearly a second off his time in the 600 meters while finishing in 1:28.77 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Moved up to fifth all-time in the freshman record books in the 600 meters with his finish in 1:29.65 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25).

Shaved nearly 90 seconds off his 8k personal best while finishing in 27:09.6 and 145th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (10/11)...Placed 217th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), running the 8k in 28:36.8...Improved his 6k personal best from two weeks ago by nearly 45 seconds, finishing in 19:32.8 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 56th overall as the Vikings' seventh runner at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 6k in 20:15.83.
