Ran their first 600-meter race as a Viking, finishing in 1:53.85 at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Made their season debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), running the mile in 5:33.05.
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 193rd overall as the Vikings' third runner at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), running the 6k in 22:29.4...Finished second in the Vikings' lineup and 45th overall in a time of 18:57.8 at the Big Sky Championships (10/27)...Shaved 23 seconds off their seasonal best with finishing 44th overall in 21:16.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Led the Vikings with a 14th-place finish at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30), running their first 5k of the season in 17:53.8...Recorded their highest individual finish ever while placing second at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22), running the 6k in 21:39.0...One of three Vikings to place in the top 10 at the Oak Knoll Loop Run (9/16), finishing seventh in 22:24.5 as the Vikings won the team race by a single point...Finished as the third runner in a group of three that led the Vikings at the Linfield Harrier Classic (9/1), placing 35th overall while running the 4k in 15:02.1.
 

2023 OUTDOOR:

Shaved 17 seconds off their personal best in the 5k with a time of 17:03.26 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29)...Knocked another 20 seconds off their personal best in the 5k with a finish in 17:20.32 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)...Shaved 19 seconds off their outdoor best in the 5k with a finish in 17:40.43 at the Pacific Open (4/1).
 

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the 5k and mile at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), finishing in 17:57.82 and 5:16.13, respectively...Ran their first indoor 5k as a Viking at the Husky Classic (2/10-11), moving up to sixth all time in the event with their finish in 17:27.74...Ran their first 400-meter race as a Viking at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5), finishing in 1:14.33...Came within two seconds of their personal best in the 3k while finishing in 10:08.84 at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...Won the mile while running a new personal best of 5:04.79 at the Portland Indoor One (1/22).
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 120th overall as the team's fifth finisher at the NCAA West Regional (11/11), running the 6k in 21:14.8...Closed out the Vikings' team score as the team's fifth runner at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), placing 32nd overall in a time of 17:57.9...Placed 103rd overall as the Vikings' fifth runner at Pre-Nationals (10/15), finishing the 6k in 22:24.6...Ran as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23), placing 52nd overall in the 6k in a time of 21:53.6...Finished 18th overall at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2), crossing the line in the women's 5k in 19:26.7.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Closed out their season at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), where they placed second in the steeplecase in a time of 11:37.40...Debuted in the steeplechase, running 11:19.72 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30) to move up to sixth all-time in the event at Portland State...Finished the 5k in 18:05.13 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Shaved five seconds off their personal best in the 1,500 meters, finishing in 4:51.40...Made their outdoor debut at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), running the 5,000 meters in 17:59.60.
 

2022 INDOOR:

Part of the Vikings' Distance Medley Relay team that placed ninth in 12:28.04 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26)...Also ran the 3k at the Big Sky meet, placing 26th overall in 10:34.64...Shaved 44 seconds off their personal best in the mile while finishing in 5:07.16 at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Moved up to 10th all-time in the 3,000 meters while leading another 1-5 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 10:06.58...Placed third as part of a 1-5 Viking finish in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), crossing the line in 10:18.95.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Helped lead the Vikings to an 11th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional (11/12), tied for the team's best finish ever at the meet...Finished the women's 6k at the NCAA West Regional 88th overall in 21:37.4...Placed 23rd overall in 17:18.4 to help lead the Vikings to a third-place team finish at the Big Sky Championships (10/29), their best finish ever at the meet by two spots...Moved up to ninth all-time in the 5k with their time of 17:18.4 at the Big Sky meet...Moved up to eighth all-time in the 6k after finishing in 21:05.5 to place 23rd overall at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/16)...Moved up to fourth all-time in the 4k after finishing in 14:18.2 at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), where they placed 14th overall.
 

2020-21 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 45th overall as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Big Sky Cross Country Winter Championships (2/27), finishing in 19:19.1.
 

NORTH SALEM HIGH SCHOOL:

Two-time first-team all-state in cross country, earning the honor as a junior (2018) and senior (2019)…Placed fourth at the OSAA state 5A cross country meet as a senior and seventh as a junior…Won a state team title with North Salem at the 2019 OSAA state 5A track & field championships…Placed seventh at state in the 3,000 meters as a junior (2019)…Placed fourth at the state cross country meet with their North Salem team as a junior (2018) and senior (2019)…Three-time Athlete of the Week by Salem Sports and Breakfast Club…Three-year cross country captain for North Salem, and two-year track captain.
 

CLUB:
