Became the Vikings top all-purpose player over the course of the season... after converting from quarterback to receiver and kick returner, he played in 12 games with five starts... had 35 kick returns for 651 yards... made 29 receptions for 302 yards... rushed 12 times for 70 yards and a
touchdown... had three punt returns for 18 yards... totaled a team-high 1,041 all-purpose yards... in a game against Weber State (10/18), returned five kicks for 91 yards, completed one pass attempt for five yards, rushed twice for 12 yards, caught three passes for 50 yards and even made a tackle... totaled 170 all-purpose yards against Sacramento State (11/8)... had four games of 100+ all-purpose yards... earned honorable mention All-Big Sky Conference... selected to two freshman All-America teams, both Stats Perform and FCS Football Central... a redshirt in 2024.
BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football, basketball and track at Central Catholic High School... was the Oregon 6A State Offensive Player of the Year... named Oregon High School Player of the Year by MaxPreps and was selected as the Gatorade Oregon Football Player of the Year... a three-time conference Player of the Year... passed for 7,684 yards and 94 touchdowns in his career, completing 430-643 passes... also rushed 265 times for 2,118 yards and 26 TDs... went 37-2 as a starting quarterback over three seasons... won state titles in 2021 and 2023... totaled 442 yards and three touchdowns in the Oregon 6A state title game in 2023... a two-time state champion... two-time Honor Roll selection.
