Signed with the Vikings from the NCAA Transfer Portal in April 2022... granted a fifth year of eligibility from the NCAA in April 2023 for an injury hardship from the 2021-22 season.

2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON

Started six games... averaged 7.5 points, 2.8 rebounds... leading scorer off the bench... made a three-pointer in 27 straight games and ranked second on the team (57)... scored 14 points (5-14 FG, 2-10 3-pt, 2-2 FT) with three rebounds at Portland (11/11)... scored 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-5 3-pt) with two rebounds off the bench in a win over Oregon State (11/27)... scored a team-high 18 points (7-12 FG, 4-8 3-pt) in the win over Portland Bible (11/30)... had 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-5 3-pt) and six rebounds at Eastern Washington (1/5)... scored 13 points (5-6 FG, 3-4 3-pt) against Northern Colorado (1/14)... tallied 12 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 3-pt, 2-4 FT) with three rebounds in 21 minutes at Idaho State (1/21)... had 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3-pt), five rebounds and three assists in a win at Northern Arizona (2/11)... scored 10 points (3-7 3-pt FG, 1-2 FT) with five rebounds and an assist against Northern Colorado (3/4)... named Academic All-Big Sky Conference.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

Played in 23 games with five starts over two seasons at IUPUI... averaged 5.0 points and 2.5 rebounds in 18.6 minutes per game... coached by current PSU assistant Matt Dunn while at IUPUI... spent one season at Division II Maryville University and one season at Wabash Valley College prior to playing at IUPUI.

Began his collegiate career at Maryville in 2018-19... voted to the All-Great Lakes Valley All-Freshman team after averaging 6.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game.

In 2019-20, Harvey played at Wabash Valley College... averaged 11.9 points per game and made 71 three-point field goals for the season in leading the team to a 21-11 record.

Ranked among the top 25 seniors in the state by Illinois Prep Hoops while at Hillcrest High School... averaged 19.5 points, six rebounds and three assists per game as a senior, earning South Suburban Conference Player of the Year honors.
