COACH PEERY SAYS: “Tyrell is mature beyond his years and really understands how to play the game. I expect Tyrell to play multiple positions and do a lot for us on both ends of the floor.”
2016-17 • FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in 11 games, playing a total of 35 minutes... scored seven points with seven rebounds, three assists and two steals... had five points with three rebounds and two steals in a win over Walla Walla (12/22).
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in basketball four times at Corona del Sol... won three state championships... a four-year member of the honor roll.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Marvin Henderson and Danielle Koger... has one brother, Tyrese... plans to major in Pre-Law and eventually become a lawyer... hobby is hiking.
