Playing behind some talented guards, he only got into nine games this season, playing 52 minutes... averaged 2.6 points, 1.0 rebounds... hit 10-16 shots (.625) from the field... scored 15 points (7-10 FG, 1-3 3-pt) in 21 minutes in a win over Walla Walla (12/3).. had seven points (3-6 FG, 1-2 FT) and four rebounds in a win over Linfield (11/21)... BIG SKY TOURNAMENT: played one minute without scoring against Montana State... DNP-CD vs. Weber State.

Leaves Decatur (WA) High School as the all-time leading scorer in the program with 2,034 points... played in the Washington state tournament four straight years... averaged 27.5 points as a senior and was named the Washington 3A Player of the Year... named All-Area by the Tacoma News Tribune and All-City Boys Player of the Year by the Federal Way Mirror... named MVP and first team All-South Puget Sound South Division... scored 30 or more points 16 times in his career and had a career-high of 44 as a senior... averaged 20.9 points and was named All-South Puget Sound South Division... averaged 15.7 points as a sophomore and 8.7 points as a freshman... also a talented track and field athlete... a scholar-athlete with a 3.8 GPA.

Son of Wayne and Monica Smith... born October 14, 1992... chose the school his father, Wayne, attended in the 1970s as a teammate of Freeman Williams... his brother, Terrell, plays at University of the Pacific... has another brother, Damion... plans to major in Sports Medicine... would like to become a sports physician or trainer.
