A four-time letterwinner in football at Grace Brethren High School... as a senior, he was named to first team All-League, All-County, All-CIF and All-State... was the team MVP... earned CIF All-Academic Team and Ventura County All-Academic Team... passed for a school record 3,740 yards... had 7,280 career offensive yards... holds the school single game passing record with 510 yards... as a junior, he was first team All-League, All-Ventura County, Max Preps, and CalHi Sports All-State... was the team MVP... as a sophomore, he earned first team All-League and team Defensive MVP... also an accomplished hockey player, who competed for the Tier II National Hockey Championship... junior class Vice-President and Senior Class President... honor roll member for four years and member of Student Leadership for four years.
