Played three years at Texas Southern then transferred to Portland State during the summer... was a key player on the Tigers’ defense... named first team All-Southwest Athletic Conference in 2010 and 2011... member of the 2010 SWAC Champion team... started all 11 games in 2011, making 50 tackles with 18.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, five pass breakups, three forced fumbles and a blocked kick... in 2010, he played in 12 games, making 61 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, seven sacks, six pass breakups, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and a safety.
