Slowed by a late 2010 knee injury... played in four games as a backup... never got fully healthy during the season.

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2010
Started in all 10 games he was available to play... part of an offensive line that blocked for the Big Sky Conference’s top rushing team (203.3 pg), coming just a few yards short of a school record (2,236).

FRESHMAN SEASON • 2009
Started the season as a backup at guard, but took over as a starter in the fourth game after Moses Punzal was injured and lost for the season... ended up playing in nine games and starting seven... earned his team’s Most Improved Player award... one of eight offensive linemen who redshirted in 2008, he was on the travel squad as an emergency offensive lineman.

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
A three-year letterwinner in football at Fullerton Union High School... was named first team All-League all three years... three-time Offensive Lineman of the Year for his team... two-time first team All-CIF selection... second team All-County... his team won the 2007 Freeway League Championship... CIF South Section runnerup... earned scholar-athlete award.
