The Coaching Staff says: “Logan is a very versatile player that has developed into an awesome linebacker. He can rush the passer, play great in space, and will come down and hit you. We are stoked to have Logan in our program.”

 
BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

A transfer from Central Washington where he played in 2025… had 49 tackles, nine tackles for loss, four sacks and two pass breakups in 12 games… named second team All-Lone Star Conference… attended the University of Washington in 2023-24… was a redshirt in 2023 and did not see game action in 2024… was named to the Fall Academic All-Big Ten team.

Played four years at Emerald Ridge High School, as a linebacker and fullback... earned first-team All-South Puget Sound League 4A as a senior... in 2022, helped the Jaguars to a 10-3 record... Emerald Ridge advanced to the state 4A semifinals, winning three playoff games along the way... state berth was first in school history... as a junior, earned first-team all-league honors after notching 141 tackles... threw the shot and discus on the track team and wrestled… was a perfect 20-0 in wrestling as a junior winning the state championship at 285 pounds.

Son of Stephanie and Daniel Lisherness… has one brother, Luke, and one sister, Lacee… enjoys hiking and sight seeing, wrestling, MMA and UFC… majoring in Communications.
