Played two seasons at College of the Redwoods... named first team All-Conference both seasons... had 29 tackles, eight tackles for loss, three sacks, a fumble recovery and two pass breakups as a sophomore... as a freshman, made 35 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two pass breakups.

Lettered in football at North Medford High School... two time first team All-Conference.
