The Coaching Staff says: “We are excited to keep Gavyn home and have him become a member of our offensive line room. His athleticism, physicality and effort are the foundation of what we look for. We are excited for his future as a Viking.”
 
BEFORE PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football and track at Oregon City High School… earned second team All-Three Rivers League honors and was twice an honorable mention choice… two-time first team track and field athlete, and two-time second team honoree.
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Son of Kimberly and Joshua Welch… has one brother, Brayden, and one sister, Emmaly… would like to major in Civil Engineering… hobbies are Legos, watching anime show and movies, working out, playing video games, hiking and fishing.
