Came in and earned the starting cornerback job in the spring... a veteran, mature player... should play a prominent role again as a senior.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2021

Started all 11 games as the field cornerback... made 29 tackles and two pass breakups on the season... had a season-high six tackles with a pass breakup at Washington State (9/11)... also competed in spring football... started in the spring game at Montana, making seven tackles and a pass breakup.

BEFORE PORTLAND STATE

Played as a freshman at Humboldt State, then his sophomore season at Modesto Junior College after Humboldt State dropped football... had 20 tackles, four pass breakups and a sack in nine games at Modesto... made 28 tackles, four interceptions and seven pass breakups as a freshman at Humboldt... named All-Conference at defensive back... a member of the Modesto JC Dean’s List and President’s List.

Competed in football and baseball at Joseph Gregori High School... lettered four times in football and twice in baseball... earned All-League at defensive back... made 60 tackles, 14 pass breakups and two interceptions as a senior... also caught 26 passes for 404 yards and five touchdowns... his team won the conference championship.
