Looking for him to step up and have a big senior season, leading the Viking defense... a very fast defensive end with a knack for getting to the quarterback... a veteran with 30 career games... has the most tackles for loss (11.5) and sacks (7.5) among returning Vikings.
JUNIOR SEASON • 2016
Played in 11 games with seven starts... had 29 tackles, four tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, an interception, fumble recovery and forced fumble for the season... had a sack and a forced fumble against then 8th-ranked FBS Washington (9/17)... made three tackles, one for loss and an interception at Southern Utah (9/24)... matched career-high with six tackles and a sack against Eastern Washington (11/18).
SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2015
His talent emerged as the season progressed... got off to a slow start due to injury, but became a force late in the season... played in 11 games, starting the last five... had 30 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, six sacks and four pass breakups, earning second team All-Big Sky Conference... led the team in sacks and ranked third in the conference... played a big role in the win over Montana (10/31), making a career-high six tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and two pass breakups.
FRESHMAN SEASON • 2014
Played in eight games as a backup defensive end and on special teams... had one tackle on the season... was a redshirt in 2013.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered in football, basketball and lacrosse three times each at Crespi Carmelite High School... was his team’s Lineman of the Year and second team All-Serra League in 2012.

Son of David Dade Jr. and Shanika Robinson... has one brother, David III, and three sisters, Cydney, Juannae and Faith... would like to major in Architecture... hobbies are video games, meeting new people, communicating with friends and community service.
