A back injury and surgery prevented him from competing in 2015... petitioned the NCAA for an additional year of eligibility... has a chance to contribute on the defensive line... transferred to Portland State after spending two seasons at Arizona State.

JUNIOR SEASON • 2014
Playing time increased as the season progressed... competed in nine games at defensive end and on special teams... made nine tackles on the season... had a season-high three stops at Weber State (10/25).

SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2013
Battled injuries in his first season... played in four games, making one sack at California (9/7).

PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Spent two seasons at Arizona State... was a redshirt in 2011, then played in three games in 2012.

Played football and lacrosse at Tigard High School... lettered three times in football... earned first team All-Pacific Conference as a defensive end and second team as a tight end his senior year... a four-year starter and All-State player in lacrosse.
