Jim Fiscella will begin his fourth year as the Director of Football Operations at Portland State. Fiscella is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, including team travel, football camps and clinics management, NFL liaison, and assisting the coaches with administration of the program.
Fiscella came to the staff after working for 13 years in business.
Fiscella played football and ran track collegiately at DePauw University. He was a team captain as a senior and led the team in receptions as a junior.
Originally from Detroit, Fiscella attended Country Day High School where he was a teammate of future NBA All-Star Chris Webber. While interning with UCLA Football as an undergraduate, Fiscella did voiceover work on the football movies “The Program” and “Rudy”.
Fiscella is a 1994 graduate of DePauw with a degree in Health and Physical Education, and minors in American History and Education.
