David Lose was named the Vikings’ new defensive line coach just prior to the start of fall camp in 2017. Lose (pronounced LOW-say) is a familiar name in the northwest, having played football at Oregon State, then coaching for six seasons at Washington State.
Lose will direct a defensive line still on the youthful side. Only three of the 11 returners are seniors while six are freshmen and sophomores.
