Aaron Baca is now in his fifth season as Director of Video Operations at Portland State. In his role, he is responsible for all practice and game video and digital media for the Vikings. He also manages a staff of student assistants. 

Prior to coming to Portland State, Baca worked for the Arena Football League’s San Jose Sabercats. He worked in player personnel, defensive quality control and was also in charge of video operations during the 2011 and 2012 seasons.

Baca is from Philomath, OR.
