JUNIOR SEASON • 2016
Began the season as nickelback, but moved to free safety after an injury to Walter Santiago... played most of the remainder of the season there, competing in 11 games and making nine starts... led the team with a career-high 73 tackles... also had four pass breakups... made a career-high 12 tackles to lead the team against Cal Poly (10/15)... had 10 tackles and a pass breakup against Northern Colorado (10/29).
SOPHOMORE SEASON • 2015
Filled a valuable role as a nickelback/outside linebacker hybrid... started eight games and played all 12... ranked third on the team with 64 tackles... had 4.5 tackles for loss, a sack, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles, an interception and a fumble recovery on the season... played a big role in the win over Southern Utah (11/14), making a career-high 11 tackles, a sack and three pass breakups... made seven tackles and an interception in the season-ending road win at Eastern Washington (11/21)... had nine tackles and a fumble recovery in the win at Cal Poly (10/24).
FRESHMAN SEASON • 2014
Came on strong during the season, starting the final six games after playing mainly on special teams... ranked sixth on the team in tackles with 48... also had one tackle for loss, an interception, a pass breakup and a forced fumble.... had a season-high eight tackles and an interception at Sacramento State (11/15)... made seven tackles against Northern Arizona (10/18)... a redshirt in 2013.
PREVIOUS TO PORTLAND STATE
Lettered three times in football and track at Central Catholic High School... was a first team All-Conference player as a wide receiver and a safety... named second team All-State at wide receiver and honorable mention as a safety... a member of four conference championship teams... scholar-athlete.
