2024 INDOOR:

Set an indoor best in the 5k with his time of 15:09.22 at the UW Invitational (1/26)...Ran his first 1k as a Viking, finishing in 2:45.05 at the Portland Indoor One (1/21)...Placed second in his heat of the mile at the UW Indoor Preview (1/13), finishing in 4:25.76...Shaved a second off his 3k personal best while opening his season in 8:45.63 at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/2).
 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Led the Vikings at the NCAA West Regional (11/10), placing 110th overall while running the 10k in 31:26.6...Was the Vikings' top runner at the Big Sky Championships (10/27), placing 47th overall while running the 8k in 25:51.9...Knocked 15 seconds off his 8k personal best while finishing 42nd overall in 24:31.8 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14)...Shaved close to 50 seconds off his 8k seasonal best while finishing 61st overall in 25:48.1 at the Charles Bowles Invitational (9/30)...Led the Vikings while placing 21st overall at the Mike Johnson Classic (9/22), finishing in 26:37.8...Made his second debut at the Oak Knoll Loop Run, finishing 57th at a relaxed pace of 30:45.5.

Opened his season at the Portland Indoor One (1/22), running the mile in 4:24.20.
 

2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

Placed 44th overall at the Big Sky Championships (10/28), crossing the line in 25:17.5...Led the Vikings with a 13th-place finish out of 345 runners at the L&C Invite (10/15), crossing the line in the 8k in 24:47.3...Shaved close to 90 seconds off his 8k personal best while finishing in 24:56.0 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23) where he placed 51st overall...Posted his best performance at the Viking Rust Buster (9/2) to open the season, finishing 14th overall in the men's 6k in a time of 19:15.13.
 

2022 OUTDOOR:

Moved up to sixth all time in the 10k despite making his debut in the event at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/14), finishing in 31:15.57...Shaved four seconds off his personal best in the 1,500 meters while finishing in 4:03.77 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/29-30)...Also ran his first 800-meter race as a Viking at the OSU meet, finishing in 2:01.45...Has set a personal best in the 5k at his first three races of the season, shaving a total of 88 seconds off his PB coming into the season...Knocked another 19 seconds off his personal best in the 5k while cracking 15 minutes in the event for the first time with a finish in 14:45.46 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/14-15)...Shaved 38 seconds off his 5k personal best at the Hayward Premiere (4/1-2), finishing in 15:04.22...Had a standout meet at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/19), setting a 10-second personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:07.61) and a 31-second personal best in the 5,000 meters (15:42.89).
 

2022 INDOOR:

Ran the 5k at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/25-26), placing 24th in 16:04.97...Shaved eight seconds off his best in the mile with a time of 4:22.64 to lead a group of seven Vikings in the event at the Portland Indoor Four (2/13)...Placed fifth in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Three (2/5), finishing in 8:47.20...Shaved seven seconds off his personal best in the 3k at the Portland Indoor Two (1/23), finishing in 8:46.60.
 

2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran his first 8k as a Viking at the L&C Invite (10/16), placing 108th overall in a time of 26:23.6...Finished the 6k at the Viking Rust Buster (9/3), crossing the line 29th overall in 21:22.6.
 

2021 OUTDOOR:

Finished the 5k in 16:17.63 at the Portland Distance Carnival (5/16)...Ran his first 5k as a Viking, finishing in 16:13.44 at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/30-5/1)...Made his season debut at the Lewis & Clark Invite (4/17), finishing the 1,500 meters in 4:17.31.
 

2020 INDOOR:

Shaved seven and a half seconds off his personal best in the 3k while finishing in 8:53.32 at the SPU Final Qualifier (2/29)...Placed second as part of a 1-2-3-4 Portland State finish in the mile at the Portland Indoor Three (2/22-23)...Knocked six seconds off his personal best in the mile with his time of 4:30.17 at the Portland Indoor Three...Shaved 21 seconds off his personal best in the 3k while finishing in 9:00.88 at the Portland Indoor Two (2/9/20)...Finished the mile in 4:36.42 at the Portland Indoor One (1/25-26)...Ran his first indoor race at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11), finishing the 3,000 meters in 9:21.71.
 

SOUTH KITSAP HIGH SCHOOL:

Earned All-American honors at the 2017 USATF Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships while placing fifth in the 15-16 Division Boys 3,000 meters…Lettered in cross country and track & field during all four years of high school, and lettered in soccer as a freshman…Helped his team to a win at the Curtis Relays as a freshman.
