Anchored the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay to a seasonal best of 3:57.07 at the Riverfront Invitational (2/7-8)...Also ran her first open 400-meter race of the season at the Riverfront Invite, finishing in 58.66 seconds...Ran the 400-meter leg of the Vikings' distance medley relay that moved up to third all-time with its finish in 12:07.26 at the UW Invitational (1/31-2/1)...Also shaved a second off her personal best in the 800 meters with her finish in 2:19.82 at the UW Invite...Part of the mixed 4x400-meter relay that won the event while moving up to second all-time with its finish in 3:48.46 at the Portland Indoor 1 (1/26)...Part of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that shaved nine seconds off its seasonal best with its finish in 4:03.64 at the UW Preview (1/17)...Also ran the 600 in 1:37.46 at the UW Preview...Ran the anchor leg of the Vikings' first mixed 4x400-meter relay, which set the school record at 3:46.69 at the Spokane Invitational (12/14)...Broke a 17-year-old school record in the 600 meters in her first race of the season with a time of 1:36.98 at the PSU vs. UP Dual Meet (11/25)...Also ran her first 1k as a Viking at the dual meet, finishing in 3:10.67.

Placed 75th overall as the Vikings' sixth runner at the Big Sky Championships (11/1), running the 5k in 21:03.8...Finished as the Vikings' fourth runner at the Charles Bowles Invitational (10/5), placing 93rd overall while running the 5k in 19:26.9...Improved her 4k time from two weeks earlier by over two minutes while finishing in 15:15.2 at the Gator Cross (9/14)...Placed 79th overall at the Linfield Harrier Classic (8/31), running the 4k in 17:31.43.

2024 OUTDOOR:

Ran the 400-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/10-11), placing 16th in the prelims in 1:04.70...Anchored the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a seasonal best with its finish in 3:56.92 at the Big Sky meet...Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Oxy Invite (5/4), finishing in 1:04.57...Set a seasonal best in the 200 meters with her finish in 27.00 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/26-27)...Won the 400 hurdles in a seasonal-best 1:04.10 at the L&C Larry Byerly Invitational (4/13)...Also set a seasonal best in the 200 meters with her finish in 27.78 seconds at the L&C Invite...Shaved more than a second off her seasonal best in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing in 1:05.86 at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Made her outdoor season debut at the Electric Forest Collegiate Open (3/16), competing in three events between the 200 (27.88), 400 hurdles (1:07.07) and 4x400-meter relay (4:12.01).

2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

Ran her first cross country race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (10/14), finishing 184th overall in the open 6k in 28:07.5.

2023 OUTDOOR:

Narrowly missed making the finals of the 400-meter hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/12-13), placing ninth in the prelims in 1:04.68...Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Linfield Open (5/6) while finishing close to two seconds faster than her debut in the event with a time of 1:02.58...Competed in her first 400-meter hurdles at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/28-29), finishing in 1:04.45...Ran the 200, 800 and a leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay that set a season best with its finish in 4:11.43 at the Pacific Open (4/1)...Opened her outdoor season with a time of 2:13.80 in the 800 meters at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/17-18), placing her third overall...Also ran the opening leg of the Vikings' 4x400-meter relay team that won the event in 4:12.32.

2023 INDOOR:

Ran the 400-meter leg of the Vikings' DMR team that placed second in 11:36.81 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25), tying the highest finish ever by the Vikings in the event...Set pentathlon bests in all five events of the pentathlon while scoring a personal-best 3,186 points and placing 13th at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/23-25)...Improved by more than 100 points in three of the five events of the pentathlon...Her score of 3,186 points moved her up to 10th all time in the event at Portland State...Set personal bests in the 200m (26.10), 400m (58.24) and 60-meter hurdles (9.15) at the Husky Classic (2/10-11)...Won the 200 meters at the Portland Indoor Two (2/5) in a time of 26.54 seconds...Competed in three different events at the WSU Open (2/3-4) between the 200 meters, long jump and 60-meter hurdles...Improved 14 inches in the long jump with a best mark of 16-05.75 (5.02m) at the WSU Open...Ran her first 200-meter race at the WSU Open, finishing in 26.17 seconds...Ran the 400-meter leg on the Vikings' school record-breaking distance medley relay team at the UW Invitational (1/27-28)...DMR team broke a 16-year-old record by 18 seconds at the UW Invite, finishing in 11:36.53...Completed her first pentathlon at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open (1/23), scoring 2,777 points...Set a PSU pentathlon record with her time of 2:21.52 in the closing 800 meters...Made her Viking debut at the UW Indoor Preview (1/14) between the 60-meter hurdles and 600 meters...Her time of 1:39.04 in the 600 meters moved her up to fifth all time in the event at Portland State.
